Help Kids Get Enough Exercise

You know kids need to move and play, but are you sure yours are getting enough exercise?

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends:

  • At least 60 minutes every day of aerobic exercise, and very vigorous exercise at least three days per week.
  • Push-ups, gymnastics or other strengthening exercises at least three times per week.
  • Running, jumping rope and other weight-bearing exercises to build bones at least three times per week.
